The Organisation

Our client is a small health services provider on the North shore. The organisation consists of a team of specialist doctors working in private hospitals supported by professional nurses, scientists, sonographers and administration staff.


The Role

Reporting to the General Manager this role is responsible for the setting up accounts on Xero, reconciling the last year’s transactions, cleaning up the accounts and then processing accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience using Xero for-

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Preparing the profit and loss statements
  • Systems administration


Skills Required

You will have at least 2 -3 years experience in bookkeeping roles using Xero. Accounting for small businesses as part of a chartered accounting firm would be well regarded. You must be willing to under take a criminal background check.
