Permanent role for an experienced secretary to run a busy Accounting Practice, working with the firms principal, the role will include:
- Diary management
- Client contact
- Report writing
- Office Administration
- Accounts clerical tasks such as AP/AR
- An understanding of a professional service environment would be an advantage.
65 - 70 wpm Fast Typing, advanced MS word, Intermediate Excel required. Knowledge of MYOB would be an advantage.
