Our client is an Australian privately owned operation. It operates out of offices in Sydney. They provide services to clients locally and internationally.
The role is responsible for Office Administration in Sydney and provides support to senior Partners and Managers. Specific tasks include;
- Diary management and travel bookings for all staff
- Organising meetings and conferences
- Assist with office administration and reception
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administration assistant who can undertake:
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Diary management
- General Office administration
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
